The crowd rose to their feet as Louie Barfield kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Karl-Ove Stålman. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. In the 12th minute Thomas Holmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Ove Stålman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl-Ove Stålman was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Tod Jones capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tod Jones really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Tod Jones kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Karl-Ove Stålman. That made the score 3-0 in the 17 minute of play. Shane Steadman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oskar Norström, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. When Eric Sandström came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Mysarnas BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eric Sandström couldn't finish the play. Oskar Norström struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Shane Steadman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mysarnas BK. Shane Steadman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oskar Norström in the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute Knut Jernberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shane Steadman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oskar Norström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shane Steadman having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Tor Torstensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Louie Barfield's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Karl-Ove Stålman firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a rather tough play, Garlic Eaters's Roger Lovell got a free kick in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Oskar Norström made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Mysarnas BK's goal looked a bit too open when Tod Jones came free, but Karl-Ove Stålman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Tod Jones notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Mysarnas BK's Karl-Ove Stålman. Karl-Ove Stålman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Karl-Ove Stålman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tod Jones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute Tod Jones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Ove Stålman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Louie Barfield in the 84th minute of play forced Mysarnas BK's goalkeeper Karl-Ove Stålman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Louie Barfield sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Garlic Eaters's Shane Steadman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oskar Norström in the 95th minute of play. In the 97th minute Louie Barfield shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Ove Stålman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Garlic Eaters fully deserved thier win.
