Steven Lebreton charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Steven Lebreton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cosa nostra Lyon getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Simon Ritchie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steven Lebreton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cosa nostra Lyon's Ahmid Lamouroux proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Cosa nostra Lyon from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Damaso Enekoitz put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ahmid Lamouroux. Damaso Enekoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmid Lamouroux made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Damaso Enekoitz sent off a good shot on target. In the 33rd minute, Steven Lebreton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amador Rafel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute Haroldo Gregory shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmid Lamouroux saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmid Lamouroux made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damaso Enekoitz in the 42nd minute. 43 minutes into the match, Damaso Enekoitz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ahmid Lamouroux, 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Damaso Enekoitz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Santo Satordi's late challenge caught a Cosa nostra Lyon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santo Satordi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th minute, Santo Satordi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmid Lamouroux made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Enekoitz in the 69th minute of play. Ahmid Lamouroux showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damaso Enekoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Enekoitz in the 76th minute of play forced Cosa nostra Lyon's goalkeeper Ahmid Lamouroux to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute Haroldo Gregory shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmid Lamouroux saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that lןןl MONTE CHINGOLO fc were the better team. lןןl MONTE CHINGOLO fc's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
