An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Hernandez in the 6th minute of play forced Hope AFC's goalkeeper Valentin Hâjdău to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute, Gheorghe Comănescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valentin Hâjdău showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edelmiro Ticho, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Valentin Hâjdău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Ticho in the 12th minute of play. Valentin Hâjdău came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Almeyra F.C.'s Roman Hernandez. But to his dismay, Roman Hernandez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 23 minutes into the match, Hope AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Ascencio came free, but Valentin Hâjdău reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Irinel Ciupe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Elorri having to interfere. Valentin Hâjdău showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edelmiro Ticho, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Irinel Ciupe came free with the goalkeeper in the 30th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Elias Elorri could save by the left post. Hope AFC's Valentin Hâjdău played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lázaro Ascencio in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Ascencio in the 36th minute of play forced Hope AFC's goalkeeper Valentin Hâjdău to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Alejo Gizon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valentin Hâjdău was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Valentin Hâjdău showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Hernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 47 minutes of play, Almeyra F.C.'s Edelmiro Ticho made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valentin Hâjdău was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eric Sântimbrean was the one to do the kick off. Hope AFC were furious when Petruț Aursulesei was red carded, 57 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 71 minutes into the match, Roman Hernandez notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Hope AFC's Valentin Hâjdău. Valentin Hâjdău was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Valentin Hâjdău showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Gizon, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Valentin Hâjdău was out of position in the 76 minute of play, and Edelmiro Ticho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edelmiro Ticho really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. Valentin Hâjdău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Ticho in the 81st minute of play. Hope AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Lázaro Ascencio 82 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-7. After a rather tough play, Hope AFC's Irinel Ciupe got a free kick in the 86th minute. Valentin Hâjdău showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Gizon in the 88th minute of the match. Hope AFC's Valentin Hâjdău proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Hope AFC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Lázaro Ascencio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Valentin Hâjdău. That made the score 0-8 in the 99 minute of play. Almeyra F.C. played a much better game than Hope AFC and deserved their victory. The Hope AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
