Ladislao Faro came out of the goal and Slavyan Radichkov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ladislao Faro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mario Sladkarov showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. In the 13th minute, Huben Botzov fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Mario Sladkarov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neycho Tzatzov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Huben Botzov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ladislao Faro. That made the score 2-0 in the 20 minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Mariano Ezkerra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stayko Viryanski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Stayko Viryanski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Ezkerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Huben Botzov couldn't finish the play. Valcho Yosifov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ladislao Faro having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

In the 68th minute, Kuncho Kanazirev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the match, Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Mariano Ezkerra broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide.
