Spectators: 7486 (Terracing: 5615, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) Kikemania FC's Niceto Daunte started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute of the match Gaston Gagriel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rutenio Poveda showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by José Francisco Maffey during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Talcampeón FC's José Francisco Maffey got a free kick in the 6th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Kikemania FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Cross came free, but Jaime Quilino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kikemania FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 17th minute. Penalty! In the 30thth minute of the game Jacinto Cross who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kikemania FC's Jaime Quilino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Talcampeón FC's Rutenio Poveda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Lico in the 36th minute of play. Jaime Quilino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacinto Cross in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute, Ubaldo Lico left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kikemania FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 42nd minute, Jacinto Cross reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jaime Quilino. The goal made the score 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jacinto Cross made a kick off. 51 minutes in the game, Ubaldo Lico fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Rutenio Poveda having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacinto Cross in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jaime Quilino saved Kikemania FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ofelio Bórquez in the 58th minute of play forced Kikemania FC's goalkeeper Jaime Quilino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaime Quilino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Francisco Maffey in the 60th minute of the match. After having played for 62 minutes, Ofelio Bórquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talcampeón FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ofelio Bórquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 67th minute José Francisco Maffey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Quilino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kikemania FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jacinto Cross was slow to take the kick. During this time Talcampeón FC's players had a chance to rest. Jaime Quilino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Cross in the 72nd minute of play. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Jacinto Cross sped through Kikemania FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jaime Quilino. Jaime Quilino came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Talcampeón FC's Jacinto Cross. But to his dismay, Jacinto Cross quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Ubaldo Lico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Kikemania FC's goal looked a bit too open when José Francisco Maffey came free, but Jaime Quilino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Talcampeón FC had played much better football throughout.
