Damián Egø showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Jon in the 5th minute of the match. Damián Egø was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Florencio Laurin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. After 23 minutes, Rafael Sidoro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yofré AFC and the Porteño Prowess FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Yofré AFC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Rafael Sidoro hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute Zuberoa Armona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Quintin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Quintin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Dieguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 40th minute of the game. One of Yofré AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Porteño Prowess FC:s goal. Yofré AFC's Antonio Quintin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guamán Bevia in the 48th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Florencio Laurin was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Dario Tipi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antonio Quintin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guamán Bevia, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Geancarlos Cedillo hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After 63 minutes of play, Yofré AFC's Florencio Laurin made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damián Egø was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 67 minutes, Jacobo Hernandez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yofré AFC and the Porteño Prowess FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 68 played minutes Yofré AFC got a freekick which was hit by Jacobo Hernandez. After 73 played minutes Porteño Prowess FC got a freekick which was hit by Geancarlos Cedillo. After having played for 74 minutes, Florencio Laurin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yofré AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florencio Laurin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 78th minute Leo Dieguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Quintin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 79 played minutes Yofré AFC got a freekick which was hit by Dario Tipi. Damián Egø took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florencio Laurin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yofré AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
