Jupp Schultheiss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Falkiewicz in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of Queens of Lublin booed when Fc Schönhagen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mike Iggelheimer didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Fabian Buschner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fc Schönhagen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Queens of Lublin the free kick. Elvis Birkner kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Witomir Mierzejewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jupp Schultheiss was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Sylwester Ciszewski hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Fc Schönhagen's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Falkiewicz came free, but Jupp Schultheiss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erich Tuters was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Queens of Lublin's goalkeeper Hugon Spychalski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had been going on for 67 minutes, Queens of Lublin's Remigiusz Kicia got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jupp Schultheiss. Alfred Falkiewicz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Jupp Schultheiss when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Queens of Lublin's Witomir Mierzejewski got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Alfred Falkiewicz scored 1-3 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jupp Schultheiss, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 80th minute, Ronnie Hitzing ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hugon Spychalski was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Hugon Spychalski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erich Tuters, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sylwester Ciszewski kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Queens of Lublin's Hugon Spychalski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erich Tuters in the 95th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Thorsten Michalsky made a precise shot to the right of Hugon Spychalski. Queens of Lublin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. The Queens of Lublin players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Fc Schönhagen from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
