In the 5th minute, Christian Daunte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Fenerbahçe getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Baysal Vedatoğulları hit a great ball. The supporters of Sαηgrε Azuɭ booed when Fenerbahçe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Kaan Ulağ didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Jeremias Mon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Volkan Demirel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 17 minutes into the game, Ahmet Korcan Deryace was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fenerbahçe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sαηgrε Azuɭ the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Fenerbahçe's zone, Cristian Nisio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Volkan Demirel came out of the goal and Cristian Nisio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Volkan Demirel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosendo Mino, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Fenerbahçe's Volkan Demirel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Servando in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Fenerbahçe's Ahmet Korcan Deryace got a free kick in the 21st minute. Volkan Demirel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desiderio Servando in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Cristian Nisio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sαηgrε Azuɭ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Cristian Nisio scored 0-3 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Volkan Demirel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Volkan Demirel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Nisio, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After 33 minutes of play, Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Candido Cordera made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Volkan Demirel was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 43rd minute Desiderio Servando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Volkan Demirel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Candido Cordera in the 44th minute of play forced Fenerbahçe's goalkeeper Volkan Demirel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Baysal Vedatoğulları made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Cristian Nisio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Volkan Demirel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baysal Vedatoğulları fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Lehior having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Candido Cordera kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Volkan Demirel. That made the score 0-6 in the 57 minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Candido Cordera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Volkan Demirel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 72 played minutes Fenerbahçe got a freekick which was hit by Nejat Alp Baykoca. Fenerbahçe's Emrah Yağızkan was substituted for Doğuhan Başeskioğlu. Nejat Alp Baykoca kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Desiderio Servando slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Volkan Demirel. That made the score 0-8 after 80 minutes of play. After some careless play in the Fenerbahçe defense, Desiderio Servando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Volkan Demirel. The Fenerbahçe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Volkan Demirel should have stopped the shot. Rosendo Mino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Volkan Demirel made a huge save. 93 minutes into the game, Cristian Nisio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Volkan Demirel. Cristian Nisio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-10.
