Quinton Pais didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anthony Pietrantoni went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Quinton Pais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonello Pocobello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Quinton Pais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonello Pocobello in the 28th minute of play. Aldo Catini blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Quinton Pais having to make a save. ReyPoxo's Quinton Pais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthony Pietrantoni in the 35th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Anthony Pietrantoni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Quinton Pais. ReyPoxo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anthony Pietrantoni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Quinton Pais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Catini, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Catini in the 47th minute of play forced ReyPoxo's goalkeeper Quinton Pais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fausto Rapado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Antonello Pocobello could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Quinton Pais however easily saved by the left post. 53 minutes into the match, Aurelio Belardi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Quinton Pais, 0-5. 55 minutes into the game, Fausto Rapado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ReyPoxo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Burnley FC the free kick. The supporters of Burnley FC booed when ReyPoxo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Rapado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabiano Barbanti hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. ReyPoxo's Quinton Pais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthony Pietrantoni in the 63rd minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Burnley FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ReyPoxo.
