Francois Eijkens charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Francois Eijkens the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Forza Heppenbach's Francois Eijkens got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 8 minutes into the match, Forza Heppenbach's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Ellande came free, but Kasper Rijniers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 9 played minutes Forza Heppenbach got a freekick which was hit by Francois Eijkens. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Cristobal Frances managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stat Veritas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristobal Frances was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kasper Rijniers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Guillermo Bras's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kasper Rijniers was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Guust de Pelsmaekers's late challenge caught a Stat Veritas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Venancio Lop helped the player get up and apologised. After 29 played minutes Stat Veritas FC got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Frantzes. Forza Heppenbach's Kasper Rijniers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodoveo Ellande in the 33rd minute of play. Arnulfo Beti charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arnulfo Beti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, Bernt Wagemans made a precise shot to the right of Silvestre Fernandez. Stat Veritas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernt Wagemans made a kick off. Kasper Rijniers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clodoveo Ellande in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Forza Heppenbach's Christoph Bruyninckx got a free kick in the 72nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guillermo Bras in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kasper Rijniers saved Forza Heppenbach from getting behind. After 78 played minutes Forza Heppenbach got a freekick which was hit by Francois Eijkens. With a little luck, Forza Heppenbach's Kasper Rijniers got control of the ball when Clodoveo Ellande tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stat Veritas FC's Silvestre Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guust de Pelsmaekers in the 85th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clodoveo Ellande got free with Kasper Rijniers in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 92nd minute, Simon Lixandro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Clodoveo Ellande's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kasper Rijniers was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Stat Veritas FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
