FC SZAFIRY's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christos Mantziris was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Lipochσrion FC's zone, Karol Pachucki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dimitris Pirtsos came out of the goal and Karol Pachucki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the game, Radowit Gdaniec cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Dimitris Pirtsos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 40 minutes into the game, Diogenis Kanelidis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lipochσrion FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC SZAFIRY the free kick. Diogenis Kanelidis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Feliks Wielkopolski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Karol Pachucki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to FC SZAFIRY getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Waclaw Mindykowski hit a great ball. Thymios Pontios hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the match, Lipochσrion FC's goal looked a bit too open when Radowit Gdaniec came free, but Dimitris Pirtsos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC SZAFIRY were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Lipochσrion FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Radowit Gdaniec took the corner. After 93 minutes, Thodoris Pelekanos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lipochσrion FC and the FC SZAFIRY players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thodoris Pelekanos hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The Lipochσrion FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lipochσrion FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
