Spectators: 7645 (Terracing: 5735, Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 152) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Diogenis Kanelidis started the match with the kick off. Dimitris Pirtsos didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Vejbystrand's Magne Linqvist shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 8th minute, Vejbystrand's Jarl Kalfhage ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dimitris Pirtsos. Dimitris Pirtsos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. 19 minutes into the match, Lipochσrion FC's goalkeeper Dimitris Pirtsos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Magne Linqvist. In the 19th minute, Thodoris Pelekanos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lars Molander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diogenis Kanelidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Stenquist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simon Nordlander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Dimitris Pirtsos made a huge save. Diogenis Kanelidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Molander having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Larsson in the 32nd minute of play forced Lipochσrion FC's goalkeeper Dimitris Pirtsos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute Axel Larsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitris Pirtsos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Magne Linqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Dimitris Pirtsos made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Magne Linqvist to make the kick off. Magne Linqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Dimitris Pirtsos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Tobias Tholsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lars Molander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogenis Kanelidis in the 57th minute of play. Vejbystrand's Axel Larsson got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 69 minutes into the match, Lipochσrion FC's goal looked a bit too open when Magne Linqvist came free, but Dimitris Pirtsos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dimitris Pirtsos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Arne Smed in the 71st minute of play. In the 71st minute, Edward Åkesson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Vassilis Kritikos in the 72nd minute really tested Lars Molander's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 84thth minute of the game Bengt-Arne Smed who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lipochσrion FC's Dimitris Pirtsos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Magne Linqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dimitris Pirtsos. Lipochσrion FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Magne Linqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. When the referee ended the match the Vejbystrand players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
