The supporters of PEREBAH FC booed when C.del.U FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ladislao Tonio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, C.del.U FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamim Freitas came free, but Casimiro Vermudo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, C.del.U FC's Mauricio Feliz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amauri Proença made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Casimiro Vermudo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Oscar de Azevedo. A collision led to C.del.U FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Mauricio Feliz hit a great ball. In the 25th minute, Mauricio Feliz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amauri Proença made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislao Tonio in the 26th minute of play. If Benjamim Freitas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Abeitia in the 31st minute of play forced PEREBAH FC's goalkeeper Amauri Proença to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vito de Sena in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Casimiro Vermudo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 39 played minutes C.del.U FC got a freekick which was hit by Israel Abeitia. In the 40th minute of the match Ernesto de Godoi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Casimiro Vermudo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 42 played minutes C.del.U FC got a freekick which was hit by Ladislao Tonio. After 47 minutes, Ladislao Tonio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.del.U FC and the PEREBAH FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to C.del.U FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Ladislao Tonio hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ladislao Tonio was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Vito de Sena had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Casimiro Vermudo. C.del.U FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vito de Sena was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. In the 58th minute, Miguel Abella hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Casimiro Vermudo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vito de Sena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Benjamim Freitas managed to get in a good position for a shot. PEREBAH FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benjamim Freitas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casimiro Vermudo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 65 minutes into the game, Vito de Sena was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PEREBAH FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.del.U FC the free kick. C.del.U FC's Carolo Estevez was substituted for Emanuel Beliran. Vito de Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Amauri Proença made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Mauricio Feliz sent off a good shot on target. PEREBAH FC's Amauri Proença proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save PEREBAH FC from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juan Cloyo during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 80 minutes into the game, one of C.del.U FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Casimiro Vermudo had in the 82ndth minute some difficulties stopping Ernesto de Godoi's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 84 minutes into the game, PEREBAH FC's Vito de Sena nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
