The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Christos Mantziris charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christos Mantziris the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th minute, Mustafa Emrah Yerel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dimitris Pirtsos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The referee ignored ANADOLU LOJİSTİK's protests and gave Kazım Sarim a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th minute, Kazım Sarim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the game, one of ANADOLU LOJİSTİK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nusret Zakir made a kick off. In the 54th match minute, Lipochσrion FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lakis Kontosoros to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diogenis Kanelidis in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmet Boran Neşat saved ANADOLU LOJİSTİK from getting behind. 64 minutes into the match, Charis Zouboulakis notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of ANADOLU LOJİSTİK's Ahmet Boran Neşat. Ahmet Boran Neşat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to ANADOLU LOJİSTİK getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Nusret Zakir hit a great ball. The supporters of Lipochσrion FC booed when ANADOLU LOJİSTİK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position.
