With a little luck, 1909 Tarnovia's Boleslaw Drozdowski got control of the ball when Gunnar Berg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wit Kaszubik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Boleslaw Drozdowski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Karl Frisck showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 32 minute of play. In the 35th minute, Zendraget BK's Joacim Deckberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Boleslaw Drozdowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gunnar Berg in the 41st minute. A collision led to 1909 Tarnovia getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Witomir Olejarz hit a great ball. The supporters of Zendraget BK booed when 1909 Tarnovia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wit Kaszubik didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to 1909 Tarnovia getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Witomir Olejarz hit a great ball. After having played for 46 minutes, Börje Rudberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zendraget BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Börje Rudberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gunnar Berg was the one to do the kick off. Boleslaw Drozdowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gunnar Berg, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Boleslaw Drozdowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl Frisck in the 55th minute of play. If Gunnar Berg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wit Kaszubik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henning Norberg having to interfere. Arkadiusz Buczak hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
