Maadan 吕布 ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in LOTUS's zone, 吴锋明 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evren Serkut came out of the goal and 吴锋明 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Mehmet Ediz Baykal fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LOTUS's protests and gave Mehmet Ediz Baykal a yellow card for diving instead. Mehmet Ediz Baykal hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match.
