After 12 minutes of play, 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's Claes Kirn made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Willian Loyola was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 17 played minutes 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Tönhardt. When 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's Volker Biermann in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Morro Grande E.C's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Helge Thole managed to get in a good position for a shot. 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's supporters rose to their feet, but Helge Thole was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Willian Loyola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rdth minute of the game Leonardo Güde who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Morro Grande E.C's Willian Loyola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Morro Grande E.C's goal looked a bit too open when Volker Biermann came free, but Willian Loyola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 51 played minutes Morro Grande E.C got a freekick which was hit by César Vinhas. Claes Kirn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Willian Loyola made a huge save. Toralf Noldt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Duarte's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. In the 67th minute Volker Biermann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willian Loyola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th match minute, 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reinhard Bandmann to maneuver through the defense. Morro Grande E.C's Cristian Duarte got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Duarte in the 78th minute of play forced 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's goalkeeper Toralf Noldt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reynaldo Tepedino was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 82 minutes into the match. After 83 played minutes Morro Grande E.C got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Tepedino. In the 93rd minute, Leonardo Güde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
