Alex Lööf didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the DFP defense, Paulino Araújo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aleksander Eliasson. The DFP fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aleksander Eliasson should have stopped the shot.

Paulino Araújo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Aleksander Eliasson made a huge save. Aleksander Eliasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herberto Bento in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 57th minute Nicolau Alvarenga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aleksander Eliasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Lööf was shown his second yellow card after 73 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Aleksander Eliasson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. When Kristian Westerberg fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DFP's protests and gave Kristian Westerberg a yellow card for diving instead. Kristian Westerberg hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. The supporters of DFP booed when Pinhote FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulino Araújo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Pinhote FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
