Jonatan Blomkvist succeeded in the game's 14th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. In the 17th match minute, SeleSantos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrianinho Catarinense to maneuver through the defense. José Fernandez hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Jonatan Blomkvist took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tales Siqueira. Tales Siqueira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Ninjas FK's Torsten Kiempe got his second yellow card of the match in the 29th minute. The referee ordered Torsten Kiempe off the ground. Jonatan Blomkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tales Siqueira having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Ninjas FK's Jonatan Blomkvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tales Siqueira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. SeleSantos FC were furious when Fred Moura was red carded, 39 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 39th minute of the game. One of SeleSantos FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ninjas FK:s goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Jonatan Blomkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ninjas FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonatan Blomkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tales Siqueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Tales Siqueira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonatan Blomkvist went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. 63 minutes into the game, Sven-Olof Hansson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ninjas FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SeleSantos FC the free kick. After 63 played minutes Ninjas FK got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Olof Hansson. Joseph Hjeltman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Tales Siqueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonatan Blomkvist was extremely unlucky when he, in the 71st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 73rd minute, Ninjas FK's Jonatan Blomkvist ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tales Siqueira. Tales Siqueira yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. Jonatan Blomkvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tales Siqueira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonatan Blomkvist got free with Tales Siqueira in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joseph Hjeltman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th match minute, Ninjas FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joseph Hjeltman to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ninjas FK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
