The referee showed Enio Fonseca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of AC Roma booed when Compugraf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enio Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlo Del Giudice didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Márcio Domingues went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Orlandi in the 60th minute of play forced Compugraf's goalkeeper Chico Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Compugraf's Márcio Domingues got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Enio Fonseca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
