Anastasio Endura's late challenge caught a AQUILES's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anastasio Endura helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th match minute, Black StarZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anastasio Endura to maneuver through the defense. Rolando Mederi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Higinio Shantala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, AQUILES's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Piarres came free, but Ulises Txindoki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ulises Txindoki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Americo Guib in the 27th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adolfo Piarres to make the kick off. Ulises Txindoki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Piarres, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Ulises Txindoki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Piarres in the 90th minute of play.
