The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, América Magics Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Olof Bengtsson came free, but Cirilo Blasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leopoldo Piorno got free with Douglas Källberg in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Åhus Absolut F.C's Karl-Axel Jakobsson got a free kick in the 10th minute. Douglas Källberg made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Federico Telesforo sent off a good shot on target. Douglas Källberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Federico Telesforo in the 14th minute. Karl-Axel Jakobsson charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl-Axel Jakobsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Åhus Absolut F.C's goalkeeper Douglas Källberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Åhus Absolut F.C's Douglas Källberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Åhus Absolut F.C from getting a goal against them. Cirilo Blasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Olof Bengtsson in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Hannes Fernkvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Åhus Absolut F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 43 minutes into the game, Åhus Absolut F.C's Joakim Nässén nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cirilo Blasco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Cirilo Blasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Olof Bengtsson in the 47th minute of the match. Cirilo Blasco came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Åhus Absolut F.C's Per-Olof Bengtsson. But to his dismay, Per-Olof Bengtsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Haroldo Gorri made the kick off in the second half. Douglas Källberg came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by América Magics Fc's Federico Telesforo. But to his dismay, Federico Telesforo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Haroldo Gorri in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Douglas Källberg saved Åhus Absolut F.C from getting behind. After 62 played minutes América Magics Fc got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Mateo. Per-Olof Bengtsson got in the 62nd minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Cirilo Blasco. This was a shot which ended in a score of 1-4. After 68 minutes of play, Åhus Absolut F.C's Johnny Broman made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cirilo Blasco was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Åhus Absolut F.C getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Hannes Fernkvist hit a great ball. Per-Olof Bengtsson scored 1-6 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cirilo Blasco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Per-Olof Bengtsson took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cirilo Blasco. Cirilo Blasco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7. 93 minutes into the match, América Magics Fc's goalkeeper Cirilo Blasco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joakim Nässén. David Majman kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When Oskar Vase fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Åhus Absolut F.C's protests and gave Oskar Vase a yellow card for diving instead. In the 97th match minute, Åhus Absolut F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oskar Vase to maneuver through the defense.
