But to his dismay, Acácio Rosado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Tomas Olazarra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Acácio Rosado's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Florian Secanell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Cauã Pitta made a huge save. The El Pinar players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bem Bolado were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adhemar Sanches to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Secanell in the 60th minute of play forced Bem Bolado's goalkeeper Cauã Pitta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Olazarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adhemar Sanches in the 92nd minute of play. If Acácio Rosado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bem Bolado walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
