Anselmo Fortun received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Isto Wallden came out and tried to block the shot, but Anselmo Fortun slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 19th minute. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Keimo Kampman put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Maximo Calixto. After a rather tough play, C.A.JORGOVAN's Ezequiel Gasteiz got a free kick in the 28th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kultapossukerho's zone, Anselmo Fortun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isto Wallden came out of the goal and Anselmo Fortun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. C.A.JORGOVAN's Maximo Calixto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keimo Kampman in the 35th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Markku Tikka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximo Calixto was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Fortun in the 45th minute of play forced Kultapossukerho's goalkeeper Isto Wallden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute, Markku Tikka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ezequiel Gasteiz hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Maximo Calixto was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ahto Peltonen. Christian Martxot scored 2-2 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isto Wallden, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
