The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of FCSB CUENCA booed when C.A.JORGOVAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeo Paio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximo Calixto made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Bernardo Solo sent off a good shot on target. Inocencio Labarra received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Maximo Calixto came out and tried to block the shot, but Inocencio Labarra slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. Maximo Calixto made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Inocencio Labarra sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 23 in the game by Bernardo Solo from a close distance when the talented Maximo Calixto managed to make a qualified save. C.A.JORGOVAN's players were relieved. After 28 minutes of play, C.A.JORGOVAN's Lucio Fero made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adrián Saez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Maximo Calixto was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Troy Segarra showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 32 minute of play. Maximo Calixto was a little too slow when Inocencio Labarra got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 3-1. After a rather tough play, C.A.JORGOVAN's Segundo Olando got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Maximo Calixto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Labarra in the 44th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anselmo Fortun was the one to do the kick off. Plauto Urbina hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. In the 51st minute, Aaron Beila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernardo Solo succeeded in the game's 54th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-1. A collision led to C.A.JORGOVAN getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Segundo Olando hit a great ball. Anselmo Fortun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Adrián Saez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. C.A.JORGOVAN made a substitution. Christian Martxot replaced Anselmo Fortun. In the 73rd minute, Lucio Fero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Inocencio Labarra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FCSB CUENCA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.JORGOVAN the free kick. In the 80th minute, Inocencio Labarra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximo Calixto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Solo in the 82nd minute of the match. Maximo Calixto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Labarra, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute.
