Spectators: 7459 (Terracing: 5595, Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ernesto Johans started the match with the kick off. The supporters of INCONA FC booed when Colosos Afc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santo Izel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Modesto Kauldi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Raul Udalaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raul Udalaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Johans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haroldo Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Qwinton in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute of the match Colosos Afc got a corner. INCONA FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Romeo Froylan ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Colosos Afc's corner Romeo Froylan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Haroldo Santana quite easily take care of the ball. In the 14th match minute, INCONA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualterio Dubardo to maneuver through the defense. Jorge Qwinton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Colosos Afc's Raul Udalaitz got control of the ball when Modesto Kauldi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in INCONA FC's zone, Jorge Qwinton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haroldo Santana came out of the goal and Jorge Qwinton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raul Udalaitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Johans in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th match minute, Colosos Afc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Ospin to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, Colosos Afc's goalkeeper Raul Udalaitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gualterio Dubardo. After having played for 32 minutes, Santo Izel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colosos Afc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santo Izel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Haroldo Santana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Pes, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Johans in the 35th minute of play forced Colosos Afc's goalkeeper Raul Udalaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Serafin Osasun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esteve Leizarraga kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

INCONA FC were furious when Gregorio Colas was red carded, 71 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After recieving a nice pass, Colosos Afc's Romeo Froylan tried to score from far away in the 72nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Raul Udalaitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Serafin Osasun's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Gualterio Dubardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
