Spectators: 7593 (Terracing: 5696, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 151) Roosevelt Guthrie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orestis Koskinopoulos in the 7th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the game, Alketas Vertsotis threw the ball into play from the sideline. El Canalla de Chicago's Tommie Tipton quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 19th minute, Michalis Bouras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 0-1 became the score in the 20th minute when Scott Souza elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Anastasios Karidis kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. With a little luck, El Canalla de Chicago's Roosevelt Guthrie got control of the ball when Anthimos Farmakatos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Scott Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Anthimos Chatzikostas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, GOD OF WAR's Orestis Koskinopoulos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Roosevelt Guthrie. Roosevelt Guthrie yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kent Carney in the 44th minute of play forced GOD OF WAR's goalkeeper Anthimos Chatzikostas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th match minute, GOD OF WAR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apostolos Kazanidis to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anthimos Farmakatos to make the kick off. El Canalla de Chicago's Roosevelt Guthrie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthimos Farmakatos in the 51st minute of play. After 52 minutes, Kent Carney mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Canalla de Chicago and the GOD OF WAR players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kent Carney hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. GOD OF WAR's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Scott Souza scored to the left of an out of position Anthimos Chatzikostas, making the score, 1-2. Apostolos Kazanidis made in the 60th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Michalis Bouras however managed to control. Tim Coates charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tim Coates the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 64 played minutes, GOD OF WAR's Orestis Koskinopoulos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Roosevelt Guthrie came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GOD OF WAR reached it. Roosevelt Guthrie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthimos Farmakatos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the match, El Canalla de Chicago's goal looked a bit too open when Anthimos Farmakatos came free, but Roosevelt Guthrie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GOD OF WAR were furious when Anthimos Stratoulis was red carded, 71 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 71 minutes into the game, one of GOD OF WAR:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Apostolos Kazanidis's late challenge caught a El Canalla de Chicago's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Apostolos Kazanidis helped the player get up and apologised. After 80 played minutes GOD OF WAR got a freekick which was hit by Apostolos Kazanidis. After 85 minutes of play, El Canalla de Chicago's Scott Souza made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anthimos Chatzikostas was left in no man's land by his defense there! GOD OF WAR's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Scott Souza scored to the left of an out of position Anthimos Chatzikostas, making the score, 1-5. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. El Canalla de Chicago walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
