The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zdravko Mavri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualterio Dubardo in the 6th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Gualterio Dubardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zdravko Mavri was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 19 minutes into the match, INCONA FC's goalkeeper Haroldo Santana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Attila Hohnjec. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Attila Hohnjec managed to get in a good position for a shot. HIT Gorica's supporters rose to their feet, but Attila Hohnjec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haroldo Santana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kristian Ćurčija could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Haroldo Santana made a huge save. Attila Hohnjec in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Haroldo Santana, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of INCONA FC booed when HIT Gorica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasko Osmić didn't get a good kick on the ball. When HIT Gorica's Attila Hohnjec in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ernesto Johans to make the kick off. Gualterio Dubardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Attila Hohnjec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Santana having to interfere. The supporters of INCONA FC booed when HIT Gorica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristian Ćurčija didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 66 played minutes INCONA FC got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Johans. In the 70thth minute of the game Attila Hohnjec who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but INCONA FC's Haroldo Santana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Kristian Ćurčija notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of INCONA FC's Haroldo Santana. Haroldo Santana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 75 minutes into the match, Attila Hohnjec had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Haroldo Santana. INCONA FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Attila Hohnjec was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. When Attila Hohnjec came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the HIT Gorica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Attila Hohnjec couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Ernesto Johans kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zdravko Mavri. That made the score 3-2 in the 80 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernesto Johans got free with Zdravko Mavri in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Gualterio Dubardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. INCONA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gualterio Dubardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
