INCONA FC's Haroldo Santana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Attila Hohnjec in the 19th minute of play. Haroldo Santana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Attila Hohnjec, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 28th minute, Attila Hohnjec left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The HIT Gorica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After having played for 34 minutes, Attila Hohnjec managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HIT Gorica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Attila Hohnjec was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Attila Hohnjec struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Haroldo Santana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HIT Gorica. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kristian Ćurčija during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to HIT Gorica getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Kristian Ćurčija hit a great ball. The INCONA FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. HIT Gorica were winning 0-2.

Haroldo Santana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Attila Hohnjec's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Ernesto Johans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. HIT Gorica made a substitution. Evgen Dermelj replaced Muharem Razdevšek. After 68 played minutes HIT Gorica got a freekick which was hit by Vasko Osmić. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Attila Hohnjec managed to get in a good position for a shot. HIT Gorica's supporters rose to their feet, but Attila Hohnjec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haroldo Santana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zdravko Mavri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Johans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, HIT Gorica's Attila Hohnjec got a free kick in the 85th minute. Ernesto Johans charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernesto Johans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 88th match minute, INCONA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Johans to maneuver through the defense. Attila Hohnjec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Santana having to interfere. A collision led to HIT Gorica getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Attila Hohnjec hit a great ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. HIT Gorica walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
