Spectators: 7545 (Terracing: 5660, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 150) Gladiadores's Evelio Manilan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Evelio Manilan took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Børge Ryal. Børge Ryal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 11th minute, Evelio Manilan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gladiadores fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Hønning's Børge Ryal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Iturri in the 14th minute of play. After 17 played minutes Hønning got a freekick which was hit by Harry Bøndorff. Børge Ryal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Gonchan in the 20th minute of play. Børge Ryal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Claudio Iturri went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 38th minute, Evelio Manilan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Børge Ryal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Iturri in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Iturri in the 44th minute of play forced Hønning's goalkeeper Børge Ryal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harry Bøndorff received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zacarias Pero came out and tried to block the shot, but Harry Bøndorff slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

With his leg Børge Ryal managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when Gladiadores's Wilfredo Monico fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Evelio Manilan scored 1-5 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Børge Ryal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Helmuth Hennig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Gladiadores's Børge Ryal threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Claudio Iturri, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 79th minute, Harry Bøndorff ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zacarias Pero was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. Hønning's Børge Ryal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Hønning from getting a goal against them. Hønning's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Evelio Manilan 94 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-6. When Evelio Baristo fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gladiadores's protests and gave Evelio Baristo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Gladiadores's Evelio Baristo got a free kick in the 97th minute.
