The supporters of Hønning booed when Tacheros OFF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisito Jurdan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tacheros OFF's zone, Marc Haugsted stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rigoberto Eyague came out of the goal and Marc Haugsted tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Hønning's Loui Sig got a free kick in the 7th minute. 12 minutes into the game, Ambrosio Fidensio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Børge Ryal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 15 minutes into the match, Hønning's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Joey came free, but Børge Ryal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Amadeo Gartxot's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Børge Ryal was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. 21 minutes into the match, Harry Bøndorff notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Tacheros OFF's Rigoberto Eyague. Rigoberto Eyague was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rigoberto Eyague showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Knud Elmbæk in the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Knud Elmbæk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Børge Ryal made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Lázaro Azevedo sent off a good shot on target. Rigoberto Eyague made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Bøndorff in the 35th minute of play. Desiderio Txomin hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. When Hønning's Harry Bøndorff in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tacheros OFF's goalie prevented a goal. Samuel Raphael's late challenge caught a Hønning's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samuel Raphael helped the player get up and apologised. 38 minutes into the game, one of Tacheros OFF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. With a little luck, Hønning's Børge Ryal got control of the ball when Ambrosio Fidensio tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Harry Bøndorff during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 59 played minutes Hønning got a freekick which was hit by Harry Bøndorff. In the 60th minute of the match Samuel Raphael shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Børge Ryal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Børge Ryal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Joey in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Marc Haugsted hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the game, Svenåge Børgenfeldt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hønning's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tacheros OFF the free kick. 71 minutes into the game, Harry Bøndorff recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rigoberto Eyague. Harry Bøndorff showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. Hønning's Børge Ryal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Gartxot in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Bøndorff in the 76th minute of play forced Tacheros OFF's goalkeeper Rigoberto Eyague to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Hønning's Harry Bøndorff in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tacheros OFF's goalie prevented a goal. Rigoberto Eyague showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harry Bøndorff in the 79th minute of the match. Børge Ryal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Fidensio in the 84th minute of play. Hønning's Børge Ryal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ambrosio Fidensio in the 95th minute of play. The Tacheros OFF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Hønning's performance. The match ended with a win for Hønning.
