The audience thought a goal was coming when Kevin Lages got free with Cameron Bragger in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 4 played minutes Zelg FC got a freekick which was hit by Andy Fossati. Josué Granja did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Cameron Bragger 5 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Exército Português's goalkeeper Vítor Chagas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Enrico Vogt scored 1-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vítor Chagas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ramon Witzig kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Josué Granja got free with Cameron Bragger in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cameron Bragger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Lages in the 25th minute of play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isidro Alves to strike the kick off in the second half. When Isidro Alves came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Exército Português fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidro Alves couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Lages in the 55th minute of play forced Zelg FC's goalkeeper Cameron Bragger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cameron Bragger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Lages, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cameron Bragger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Lages in the 60th minute of play. A collision led to Exército Português getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. António Pires hit a great ball. Jens Oschwald was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 66th minute. Zelg FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Cameron Bragger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kevin Lages went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. 77 minutes into the match, Zelg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Josué Granja came free, but Cameron Bragger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute Kevin Lages shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cameron Bragger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kevin Lages took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cameron Bragger. Cameron Bragger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. Exército Português's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
