Venancio Ibar, 17 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some careless play in the Mystyc FC defense, Marcelo Delgado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alejandro Raphael. The Mystyc FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alejandro Raphael should have stopped the shot. Alejandro Raphael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Zenón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelo Delgado in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alejandro Raphael prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th match minute, Frontera AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Zenón to maneuver through the defense. Marcelo Delgado kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Matias Garcia was the one to do the kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Bernabe Madeo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Frontera AFC's Tomas Duardo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alejo Calixto during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Mystyc FC booed when Frontera AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejo Calixto didn't get a good kick on the ball.
