Spectators: 7532 (Terracing: 5650, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Leonardo Perna took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gervasio Macario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Fontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Clube Audax Metropolitano's zone, Leonardo Perna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Falcão Severo came out of the goal and Leonardo Perna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miguel Fontes got free with Gervasio Macario in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 22nd minute, Tomás Borges hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Germano Gerber kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gervasio Macario. That made the score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. Falcão Severo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Guzman in the 29th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Juniors FC's goalkeeper Gervasio Macario had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Fontes. In the 33rd match minute, Juniors FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingos Sandalio to maneuver through the defense. Gervasio Macario made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Miguel Fontes sent off a good shot on target. Gervasio Macario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Paulo Maia, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute, Tomás Borges reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gervasio Macario. The goal made the score 2-0.

Clube Audax Metropolitano's Sílvio Luís Pimenta was substituted for Germano Gerber. Clube Audax Metropolitano made a substitution. Victor Mattos replaced Luís Paulo Maia. Gervasio Macario came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Clube Audax Metropolitano's Miguel Fontes. But to his dismay, Miguel Fontes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Gervasio Macario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Luís Pimenta in the 69th minute of the match. In the 75th match minute, Clube Audax Metropolitano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matheus Torres to maneuver through the defense. Falcão Severo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Perna, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Leo Perna charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leo Perna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Leo Perna kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Juniors FC defense, Tomás Borges kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gervasio Macario. The Juniors FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gervasio Macario should have stopped the shot. Leonardo Perna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Falcão Severo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clube Audax Metropolitano were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Juniors FC for a fine match.
