Hernán Gamboa started the match with the kick off. Silverio Machado hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Orlondón Marcou didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 7th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 10th minute, Juniors FC's Leonardo Perna dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Orlondón Marcou didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonardo Perna went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. If Hernán Gamboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. union española s.a.'s Orlondón Marcou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Perna in the 26th minute of play. Orlondón Marcou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Perna in the 28th minute of play. Orlondón Marcou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Perna, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute, Samuel Guzman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Juniors FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

After a rather tough play, union española s.a.'s Eleuterio Puyol got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute Leonardo Perna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlondón Marcou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Juniors FC were the better team. Juniors FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
