Spectators: 7469 (Terracing: 5603, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) Paulo José Borges started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute, Narciso Corderro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gonzalo Niguel was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Paulo José Borges capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Paulo José Borges really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Ambrosio Odon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Ortiz having to interfere. After 24 minutes of play, Atletico Saladillo FC's Elpidio Quilino made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emanuel Ortiz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ambrosio Odon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Ortiz having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in ECS FK's zone, Elpidio Quilino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Ortiz came out of the goal and Elpidio Quilino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emanuel Ortiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Odon in the 32nd minute of play. Gonzalo Niguel made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Júlio Vianna sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, ECS FK's Júlio Vianna got a free kick in the 37th minute. Ernani Bittencourt kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elpidio Quilino to make the kick off. After 60 minutes of play, ECS FK's Paulo José Borges made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gonzalo Niguel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emanuel Ortiz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ambrosio Odon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 66 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Paulo José Borges managed to get in a good position for a shot. ECS FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo José Borges was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gonzalo Niguel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zé Augusto Pirani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Gonzalo Niguel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emanuel Ortiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Quilino in the 79th minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Elpidio Quilino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 86 played minutes Atletico Saladillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Odon. A collision led to ECS FK getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Zé Augusto Pirani hit a great ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. ECS FK were victorious despite being under pressure from Atletico Saladillo FC for much of the match.
