Sandi Patafta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo José Borges in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th minute, Paulo José Borges got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 8 played minutes ECS FK got a freekick which was hit by Nildo Lima. 12 minutes into the game, Crni Tigrovi's Luka Grgurović nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emanuel Ortiz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 15th match minute, ECS FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Maria Damião to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, ECS FK's Paulo José Borges got a free kick in the 19th minute. Emanuel Ortiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oto Bjelobrk in the 37th minute of the match. Crni Tigrovi's Dragan Kelava couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 41st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for ECS FK. Emanuel Ortiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladan Nikolić, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Sandi Patafta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Augusto Pirani in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vladan Nikolić stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo José Borges got free with Sandi Patafta in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Augusto Pirani in the 56th minute of play forced Crni Tigrovi's goalkeeper Sandi Patafta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Júlio Vianna managed to get in a good position for a shot. ECS FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Júlio Vianna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sandi Patafta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teodor Kamber charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teodor Kamber the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Crni Tigrovi getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Teodor Kamber hit a great ball. Sandi Patafta was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Juan Vasconcelos. In the 63rd match minute, Crni Tigrovi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jadran Lipovšćak to maneuver through the defense. Teodor Kamber kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Emanuel Ortiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luka Grgurović, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After 70 played minutes ECS FK got a freekick which was hit by Conrado Nascimento. Sandi Patafta made an important save on a dangerous shot by José Maria Damião in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute, José Maria Damião hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo José Borges in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sandi Patafta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of ECS FK booed when Crni Tigrovi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jadran Lipovšćak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sandi Patafta was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Erivaldo Vaz. Crni Tigrovi's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Paulo José Borges 87 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in ECS FK's zone, Luka Grgurović stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Ortiz came out of the goal and Luka Grgurović tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vladan Nikolić scored 2-1 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emanuel Ortiz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
