Spectators: 7569 (Terracing: 5678, Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 151) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bartolo Theobald started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute of the match Conrado Nascimento shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcelino Erauso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Marcelino Erauso came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by ECS FK's Paulo José Borges. But to his dismay, Paulo José Borges quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in ECS FK's zone, Bartolo Theobald stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Ortiz came out of the goal and Bartolo Theobald tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 13 played minutes ECS FK got a freekick which was hit by Paulo José Borges. After a rather tough play, ECS FK's Paulo José Borges got a free kick in the 22nd minute. The supporters of JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS booed when ECS FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 30 played minutes JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's Bartolo Theobald stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Emanuel Ortiz stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing ECS FK of the goal. Cristian Amor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Emanuel Ortiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patrick de Salles took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcelino Erauso. JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Paulo José Borges hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Emanuel Ortiz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hipolito Abadie's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Nildo Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ECS FK were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Paulo José Borges made the kick off in the second half. Júlio Vianna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Erauso having to interfere. Hipolito Abadie scored 1-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emanuel Ortiz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zé Augusto Pirani struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Marcelino Erauso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ECS FK. Marcelino Erauso didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 66th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. 73 minutes into the game, Paulo José Borges cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Marcelino Erauso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's zone, Júlio Vianna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelino Erauso came out of the goal and Júlio Vianna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
