Bobby Miranda charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bobby Miranda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. EngTULIO&Tupipano made a substitution. Sidney Amaral replaced Cacá Gerber. In the 14th minute, Luís Fábio Furlan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Charlotte FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Genaro Zepeda hit a great ball. Adrianinho Matos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jessie Amos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. When Elivélton Valladares fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EngTULIO&Tupipano's protests and gave Elivélton Valladares a yellow card for diving instead. After 21 played minutes EngTULIO&Tupipano got a freekick which was hit by Elivélton Valladares. Adrianinho Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Fábio Furlan in the 28th minute of play forced Charlotte FC's goalkeeper Jessie Amos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ruben Romano fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Ruben Romano hit a great ball. In the 34th match minute, Charlotte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genaro Zepeda to maneuver through the defense. Chicão Mandrak struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Jessie Amos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for EngTULIO&Tupipano. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Wade Stacy made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Carlinhos Salgado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jessie Amos. That made the score 1-2 in the 56 minute of play. With a little luck, Charlotte FC's Jessie Amos got control of the ball when Caetano Aguiar tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 81 minutes, Adrianinho Matos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EngTULIO&Tupipano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrianinho Matos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Caetano Aguiar scored 1-4 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jessie Amos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Johnathan Mohr kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Charlotte FC's goalkeeper Jessie Amos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sidney Amaral. EngTULIO&Tupipano's João Pedro Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Terence Quinn in the 92nd minute of play. Jessie Amos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Carlinhos Salgado showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 94 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded EngTULIO&Tupipano left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Charlotte FC.
