When Joacim Ekblom came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Arye Suryoye fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joacim Ekblom couldn't finish the play. Ąžuolas Laucius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joacim Ekblom, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. If Kjell Ros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joacim Ekblom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute, Joacim Ekblom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Robert Ljungberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aras Nutautas in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the game, Adas Pleskūnas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lithuanian amber's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arye Suryoye the free kick. A collision led to Lithuanian amber getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Adas Pleskūnas hit a great ball. Robert Ljungberg made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Aras Nutautas sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Arye Suryoye's Håkan Bäck got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Lithuanian amber's zone, Joacim Ekblom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ąžuolas Laucius came out of the goal and Joacim Ekblom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 29 minutes into the match, Aras Nutautas notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Arye Suryoye's Robert Ljungberg. Robert Ljungberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Joacim Ekblom took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ąžuolas Laucius. Lithuanian amber's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Kjell Ros blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ąžuolas Laucius having to make a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kęstutis Jakubauskas to strike the kick off in the second half. Ian Lundgren hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the match, Kipras Gelžinis notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Arye Suryoye's Robert Ljungberg. Robert Ljungberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Lithuanian amber defense, Kjell Ros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ąžuolas Laucius. The Lithuanian amber fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ąžuolas Laucius should have stopped the shot. In the 71st minute, Benas Dokšas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 74 played minutes Arye Suryoye got a freekick which was hit by Morgan Emander. Kjell Ros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Ąžuolas Laucius made a huge save. Ian Lundgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Ąžuolas Laucius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the game, Kęstutis Jakubauskas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Robert Ljungberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 94 minutes into the game, Alexander Dahlgren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arye Suryoye's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lithuanian amber the free kick. A collision led to Arye Suryoye getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Alexander Dahlgren hit a great ball.
