Seating: 1756, VIP seats: 152) Ąžuolas Laucius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charles Cheepers in the 9th minute of play. The supporters of Lithuanian amber booed when KV Schoonwater was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremie Verhengen didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Lithuanian amber's Kęstutis Jakubauskas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nicky Rauvoets. That made the score 1-2 after 23 minutes of play. Ąžuolas Laucius came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by KV Schoonwater's Laurenz Kerselaers. But to his dismay, Laurenz Kerselaers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 35 minutes into the match, KV Schoonwater's goal looked a bit too open when Kęstutis Jakubauskas came free, but Nicky Rauvoets reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 38 minutes into the game, when Ernst Bellinkx put in a rough tackle. The goalkeeper, Nicky Rauvoets, was totally fooled by Lithuanian amber's Remigijus Damijonas, who 40 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Charles Cheepers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Ąžuolas Laucius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laurenz Kerselaers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-4.
Nicky Rauvoets didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aras Nutautas went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score. In the 57th minute Kipras Gelžinis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicky Rauvoets saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicky Rauvoets showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aras Nutautas, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Charles Cheepers's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Ąžuolas Laucius skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 67th minute Kipras Gelžinis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicky Rauvoets saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Kipras Gelžinis made a precise shot to the right of Nicky Rauvoets. KV Schoonwater's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-4. Kipras Gelžinis scored 5-4 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicky Rauvoets, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 88thth minute of the game Kipras Gelžinis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KV Schoonwater's Nicky Rauvoets was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Lithuanian amber's zone, Laurenz Kerselaers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ąžuolas Laucius came out of the goal and Laurenz Kerselaers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. KV Schoonwater's Nicky Rauvoets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aras Nutautas in the 93rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laurenz Kerselaers got free with Ąžuolas Laucius in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 96 minutes into the match, KV Schoonwater's goal looked a bit too open when Adas Pleskūnas came free, but Nicky Rauvoets reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicky Rauvoets showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aras Nutautas, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. KV Schoonwater's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
