In the 3rd minute Rene Frances shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Toni Kroos MGZ™'s Tomás Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anibal Guillelmus in the 5th minute of play. When Celso Fernandes fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Toni Kroos MGZ™'s protests and gave Celso Fernandes a yellow card for diving instead. Celso Fernandes kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Los Playmobil FC's Esteban Brun tried to score from far away in the 7th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 12th minute, Victorino Urre ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomás Arósio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Alvaro Viator's late challenge caught a Toni Kroos MGZ™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alvaro Viator helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Los Playmobil FC's Alvaro Viator got a free kick in the 17th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Toni Kroos MGZ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Rene Frances came free, but Tomás Arósio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomás Arósio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Guillelmus in the 22nd minute of the match. After 25 minutes, Roberto Bittencourt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Toni Kroos MGZ™ and the Los Playmobil FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th match minute, Toni Kroos MGZ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Bittencourt to maneuver through the defense. Los Playmobil FC's Alvaro Viator got his second yellow card of the match in the 38th minute. The referee ordered Alvaro Viator off the ground. The supporters of Toni Kroos MGZ™ booed when Los Playmobil FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvaro Viator didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 42 minutes, Evaristo Loureiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Toni Kroos MGZ™ and the Los Playmobil FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 42nd minute, Evaristo Loureiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd match minute, Los Playmobil FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rene Frances to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Los Playmobil FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roberto Bittencourt made a kick off. Roberto Bittencourt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Octavio Urritz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Octavio Urritz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Bittencourt in the 90th minute of play. Los Playmobil FC played a much better game than Toni Kroos MGZ™ and deserved their victory. The Toni Kroos MGZ™ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
