Filomeno Lleir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Felippe Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Flying Dutch's Edinho Reis got a free kick in the 12th minute. Nunez Iruinea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evandro Souza in the 15th minute of the match. Jonas de Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmelo Ederono, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. If Egídio Goiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filomeno Lleir charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filomeno Lleir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Filomeno Lleir kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Jonas de Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Elorri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Falcor Athletic Club's Carmelo Ederono got a free kick in the 34th minute. Evandro Souzas short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Nunez Iruinea to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Flying Dutch's zone, David Elorri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas de Queirós came out of the goal and David Elorri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th minute, Luan Cearense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Flying Dutch getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Luan Cearense hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ramón Almeida to make the kick off. Ramón Almeida recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Flying Dutch getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Edinho Reis hit a great ball. After 59 played minutes Falcor Athletic Club got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Eufemio. Nunez Iruinea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evandro Souza in the 62nd minute of the match. Angel Garci struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Jonas de Queirós didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Falcor Athletic Club. The supporters of Falcor Athletic Club booed when Flying Dutch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egídio Goiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 76 minutes, Filomeno Lleir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Falcor Athletic Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filomeno Lleir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 88 played minutes Flying Dutch got a freekick which was hit by Rômulo Carvalho. Angel Garci took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonas de Queirós. Flying Dutch's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Elorri got free with Jonas de Queirós in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jorginho Freitas charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorginho Freitas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
