After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jeferson Vianna to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Jeferson Vianna took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Tomás Calixto to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Road To Glory's Mariano Olayo got a free kick in the 57th minute. ✪ XV de Umarizal's Remo Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Presebal in the 60th minute of play. Remo Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Beltran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Beltran in the 66th minute of play forced ✪ XV de Umarizal's goalkeeper Remo Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kauan Pires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Calixto having to interfere. The supporters of Road To Glory booed when ✪ XV de Umarizal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position.
