Spectators: 7550 (Terracing: 5664, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Raymond Johnston took the kick off in the first half of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Mapovihesa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Raymond Johnston came free, but Genaro Osoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Genaro Osoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raymond Johnston, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 9th match minute, Mapovihesa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Felipo to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Mapovihesa FC's Timoteo Geleberto got a free kick in the 13th minute. After 13 played minutes, Rangers FC's Tyler McCraw shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Genaro Osoro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rangers FC reached it. Marcelino Ubarna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fergus Fairbairn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Raymond Johnston's late challenge caught a Mapovihesa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raymond Johnston helped the player get up and apologised. Raymond Johnston hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Angelino Baudelio kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 28thth minute of the game Raymond Johnston who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mapovihesa FC's Genaro Osoro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gary Gowan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Genaro Osoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keith McNiter in the 33rd minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jesus Odilon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute of the match, Keith McNiter got a very nice opportunity to score, but Genaro Osoro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The corner led Rangers FC's Tyler McCraw to fire away a dangerous shot which Genaro Osoro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Genaro Osoro made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Alexander McCabe sent off a good shot on target. Fergus Fairbairn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Odilon in the 62nd minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Marciano Suero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fergus Fairbairn. Rangers FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marciano Suero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Genaro Osoro didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 75th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. A collision led to Mapovihesa FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Romeo Ishmael hit a great ball. Rangers FC's Fergus Fairbairn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severiano Herena in the 81st minute of play. Marciano Suero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th match minute, Rangers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darius Bontine to maneuver through the defense. Fergus Fairbairn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Odilon, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After 94 played minutes Rangers FC got a freekick which was hit by Keith McNiter. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
