In the 8th minute, Gilberto Domingues got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jesus Odilon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Calixto having to interfere. After having played for 11 minutes, Marciano Suero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mapovihesa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marciano Suero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Road To Glory booed when Mapovihesa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modesto Felipo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th match minute, Road To Glory was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Leoncio to maneuver through the defense. Tomás Calixto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severiano Herena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mapovihesa FC were furious when Ariel Roderigo was red carded, 28 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mapovihesa FC! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jesus Odilon in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomás Calixto saved Road To Glory from getting behind. Road To Glory's Tomás Calixto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Odilon in the 37th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mapovihesa FC's Jesus Odilon got a free kick in the 38th minute. Marciano Suero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Tomás Calixto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonathan Beltran to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes Road To Glory got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Presebal. Jesus Odilon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Calixto having to interfere. Hipolito Figueroa struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Genaro Osoro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Road To Glory. In the 68th minute, Hipolito Figueroa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th match minute, Road To Glory was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Domingues to maneuver through the defense. Genaro Osoro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonathan Beltran in the 71st minute. After having played for 74 minutes, Jesus Odilon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Emilio Ireno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Emilio Ireno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Road To Glory's supporters rose to their feet, but Emilio Ireno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Genaro Osoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emilio Ireno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Road To Glory had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
