In the 14th minute, Henk-Jan Slot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Los Del Kllejon FC's goalkeeper Ivan Oton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henk Zaagman. In the 18th minute Henk-Jan Slot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Oton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferdi Dekens in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ivan Oton, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ivan Oton was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Henk-Jan Slot capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Henk-Jan Slot really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. After having played for 29 minutes, Henk Zaagman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zijdewind SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henk Zaagman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 31 minutes into the game, Tobias Bertin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Del Kllejon FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zijdewind SC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Los Del Kllejon FC's Tobias Bertin got a free kick in the 31st minute. Ivan Oton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Gulpen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Zijdewind SC booed when Los Del Kllejon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Bertin didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Henk-Jan Slot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Oton was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Henk Zaagman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Henk Zaagman really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. In the 45th minute, Henk Zaagman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henk-Jan Slot in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Oton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Zijdewind SC booed when Los Del Kllejon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Orzaize didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Los Del Kllejon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdi Dekens came free, but Ivan Oton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivan Oton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melvin Woering in the 71st minute of play. Ivan Oton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdi Dekens, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Los Del Kllejon FC's zone, Ferdi Dekens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Oton came out of the goal and Ferdi Dekens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Domingos Mazuste could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Henry Lembeck made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdi Dekens in the 78th minute of play forced Los Del Kllejon FC's goalkeeper Ivan Oton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zijdewind SC's Ferdi Dekens got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Melvin Woering left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zijdewind SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Ivan Oton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdi Dekens, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Ferdi Dekens might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivan Oton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ferdi Dekens ran back to his position shaking his head. Ivan Oton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Gulpen, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. When the referee ended the match the Zijdewind SC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
