In the 23rd play minute Gustaw Skorny came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Alkis Kalaboukas. 1-2. When Bogdan Wincek fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Husaria F.C's protests and gave Bogdan Wincek a yellow card for diving instead. Bogdan Wincek hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. GREEK ARMY's Alkis Kalaboukas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ksawery Pluciennik in the 29th minute of play. After 31 minutes, Aggelos Fytanidis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GREEK ARMY and the Husaria F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 33rd match minute, GREEK ARMY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ilias Soulios to maneuver through the defense. When Tasos Bakasetas fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GREEK ARMY's protests and gave Tasos Bakasetas a yellow card for diving instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Ksawery Pluciennik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Husaria F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Ksawery Pluciennik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alkis Kalaboukas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Tasos Bakasetas made the kick off in the second half. Ksawery Pluciennik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alkis Kalaboukas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Ksawery Pluciennik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Gustaw Skorny's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alkis Kalaboukas was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Alkis Kalaboukas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustaw Skorny's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. GREEK ARMY's Alkis Kalaboukas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaw Skorny in the 76th minute of play. 3-2 became the score in the 77th minute when Gustaw Skorny elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Alkis Kalaboukas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ksawery Pluciennik, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 87 minutes into the match, Ksawery Pluciennik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alkis Kalaboukas. GREEK ARMY's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ksawery Pluciennik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. 96 minutes into the game, Markos Triantafyllou was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GREEK ARMY's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Husaria F.C the free kick. After 96 played minutes GREEK ARMY got a freekick which was hit by Markos Triantafyllou. When the referee ended the match the Husaria F.C players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
