The supporters of AD Pontassolense booed when ŠK Horelica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ján Ďurica didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adelino Vilanova hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After 5 minutes, Plácido Sá mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AD Pontassolense and the ŠK Horelica players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 5 played minutes AD Pontassolense got a freekick which was hit by Plácido Sá. Tomáš Omasta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Plácido Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vlastimil Sabovčík in the 12th minute of play forced AD Pontassolense's goalkeeper Cesário Sanches to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the game, Adelino Vilanova was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AD Pontassolense's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ŠK Horelica the free kick. Adelino Vilanova kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Stano Grman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raimundo Matos kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. AD Pontassolense's Cesário Sanches played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ján Ďurica in the 20th minute of play. ŠK Horelica's Tomáš Omasta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Plácido Sá in the 23rd minute of play. Cesário Sanches showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stano Grman in the 26th minute of the match. Tomáš Omasta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolas Palhares's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Stano Grman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Cesário Sanches made a huge save. Raimundo Matos hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. 45 minutes into the game, Nicolas Palhares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Tomáš Omasta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicolas Palhares to strike the kick off in the second half. Vlastimil Sabovčík received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Cesário Sanches tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. AD Pontassolense's Cesário Sanches played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stano Grman in the 61st minute of play. In the 64th minute Ján Ďurica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesário Sanches saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AD Pontassolense's Cesário Sanches played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stano Grman in the 66th minute of play. Raimundo Matos kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. ŠK Horelica were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after AD Pontassolense's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stano Grman took the corner. Gabriel Sapár made a great header on ŠK Horelica's corner, it was just that AD Pontassolense's Cesário Sanches managed to reach the ball for a save. If Vlastimil Sabovčík had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, AD Pontassolense's Afonso Castanheira got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 92nd minute, Adelino Vilanova hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
