Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicolau Fagundes to make the kick off. Amancio Elizardo hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Iker Gagriel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervásio Anjos in the 67th minute of the match. Braulio Hotz might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cesário Sanches. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Braulio Hotz ran back to his position shaking his head. 72 minutes into the game, Adelino Vilanova was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AD Pontassolense's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC LeX Luthor the free kick. A collision led to AD Pontassolense getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Adelino Vilanova hit a great ball. When Braulio Hotz came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the AC LeX Luthor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Braulio Hotz couldn't finish the play. Gonzalo Servando hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the game, Gaudencio Clis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AC LeX Luthor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AD Pontassolense the free kick.
